Is there a way to protect my licenses from unauthorized use?

There are two ways to license users; either automatically when they first use the program or by assigning licenses manually.

If you wish to stop people from getting a license automatically, an administrator can set the program up to ask for a License Password to get a license. To do this, log into the Manager and select the Settings tab. Scroll down to License Password for User Licenses, set this to Enabled, enter a password and scroll down and click Save. Now all users will will need to enter in the license password to get a license. The user will only need to enter the password once to take the license.

Another way to prevent unauthorized access is the enable the setting to prevent new user creation on the login page. When this is done, only an administrator or teacher can add users to TypingMaster Online.
