So far, you have only typed lowercase letters. In this lesson, you will start using the Shift keys to type CAPITAL letters.

To type a capital letter, press and hold a Shift key while pressing the letter key. The Shift keys are always pressed with your little fingers.

Do not use Caps Lock instead of Shift when typing single capital letters. In touch typing, capital letters are typed with Shift.

Turn on Caps Lock only when you need to type a long sequence of uppercase letters.
