Retrieve Your License Information

You can easily change your personal email address in our records to receive your license codes and installation instructions. Make sure you enter correctly both your old and new email address and answer the identity confirmation questions.

When you send your email address change request we will shortly compare your personal data to our sales records and notify you by email if the email address was changed. If your identity does not match our records, there will be no email sent for security reasons.
