Multiple users issue

I just got upgraded to Intra 3 and have created all my users. Only one user is able to get to the Home row lesson at a time however. All are able to log on, but only one student in the class is able to access the first Home Row lesson.
The program is installed currently on an iMac, but will be moved to a server within the next few days. The license is a site license, so more than one student should still be able to access the program at this time.
HELP!

Hi,
This seems very strange. Did you do an upgrade from TypingMaster Intra 2 where you updated all your users and data as well or did you do a clean install?
Are all your students able to start the lesson but only one at a time, or is there only one specific computer that works when others don't? If the problem is the former, the problem could be related to Mac OS X and its 10 connection limit (more information
here
). If the problem is the latter, make sure that you don't have any firewalls blocking the application on the iMac you are running on. Also make sure that you have updated your OS X software via the software update, so that all updates to Java are downloaded.
Note that the new TypingMaster Intra 3.0 no longer supports Mac OS 9. Only OS X is supported.
If these instructions didn't solve your problem, please write back giving as much detail as possible and I will look further at the problem.
