TypingMaster Posts 132	QuickPhrase v4.0.94 has a new compatibility setting for Citrix By adding a row citrixmode=1 to the end of QP.Ini ( located in QuickPhrase folder ) ctrl-key no more locks up. Background: QuickPhrase is by default sending the text snippets to 3rd party applications by simulating CTRL+V key press (Clipboard PASTING). QuickPhrase sends ctrl-key down message, v-key down and v-key up messages, and finally ctrl-key up message to terminal. (Notice that Control key is never sent if user is already keeping ctrl-key down e.g. by triggering the text snippet with ctrl+1 shortcut) When the final ctrl-key up message is not received by Citrix for some reason, the ctrl key lockup occurs. Solutions: Notice that you can release ctrl key lockup simply by pressing left ctrl-key once, there is no need to close QuickPhrase or restart software. (LEFT and RIGHT CONTROL keys might work differently depending on the keyboard setup.) ATTACHED FILE - v4.0.94 To install the new version with this fix (citrixmode=1 enabled by default), just unzip the attached ZIP file to CITRIX desktop and double click QuickPhrase.exe to access a few test phrases.
