TypingMaster Posts 132	How to move an existing TypingMaster Intra 3 install to a new server When transferring TypingMaster Intra between servers it is recommended you do a clean install on the new server. This will ensure that the server is configured correctly. Once that install is complete you just need to copy a handful of files over from the old install. Please make sure both old and new installation are stopped. in Windows you can do this by going to Start Menu > Programs > TypingMaster Intra > Stop TypingMaster Server. These files are in the folder: tmintra3\\webapps\\tmintra\\appdata The key file here is: - custom3_lmsconfig.properties This keeps all your initial settings the same. Then if you have been using the internal (file based) database you will also need the files: - tmintra3db.script - tmintra3db.properties - tmintra3db.log If you are using external Microsoft/Oracle SQL Database, your TypingMaster Intra will point to existing data there without other actions. The database files contain the user information and general settings. Just copy all these files over and then stop and start the TypingMaster Intra on your new server, in Windows you can do this by going to Start Menu > Programs > TypingMaster Intra > Stop TypingMaster Server.
