pro727 Posts 2	I've just finished my typingmaster main course and have never started satelite before. I start satelite and this error comes up that I have not seen before it say "Program quits, Unhandled Error occuredAcess violation at address 0045595B in module 'KBOOST.EXE'. Read of address 00000004"... Don't know what it means I have reinstalled my program multiple times and I still get this error message. PLEASE HELP, I want to continune using typingmaster

TypingMaster Posts 136	Hi pro727, Can you tell me which version you are using? We are looking into this problems but in the meanwhile I would suggest you to download the latest version from our website and install it in a new folder, not in the same folder as your previous installation. TypingMaster Posts 136	Hi, You might be using an older license code that's not accepted in the latest version of TypingMaster Pro 7. Other possibility is that your current license has been installed too many times. In order to protect our customers, TypingMaster Pro features the Automatic License Control. This means that your license code is checked and marked as taken when you install the software. You can at any time free your license by uninstalling software from Control Panel (Add/Remove Programs section). TypingMaster Pro single license for home users allows installation into maximum two computers provided that they are used by same person (e.g. at home and in office) or that they are used in same household. When software is reinstalled and license code is entered again in your computer, the Automatic License Check verifies that your computer name and IP number match to the last installation. Usually these parameters do not change. In some cases, for example if you format hard disk and reinstall your whole operating system, computer name may change.
