• Multi-Administrator accounts.
  You can now create more than one Administrator account.
• New student type, Teacher.
  Like an Administrator a Teacher can login to the Manager side of the program. However they have limited access to the Manager, the more advanced features are only accessible from an Administrator account.
• Administrator and Teachers switching
  This allows these users to easily change between being an Administrator or Teacher) can be disabled.
• All Administrator and Teacher accounts require a license to access the study material.
• One free license for Administrators is given upon purchase.
• Groups now organized by ownership then alphabetically.
• Groups can now be owned by an Administrator or Teacher. Groups that are not owned are Shared.
• Teacher users can only view information on Groups and users within those groups that are either owned by them (My Groups) or that are Shared.
• Administrator users can view information on all groups and users.
• Test Texts can also be owned. If a test text is owned by an Administrator or Teacher only users that are in Groups owned by that Administrator / Teacher can see and use that test text..
• Courses page no longer has Default Settings, instead Settings for courses must be set for each group individually.
• Fix to Java tutor that some user data was lost when Typing Test was failed.
• Due to Default Settings for course settings being taken away a settings copying feature has been added. Located at the bottom of the Courses page you can easily copy settings for one course.
• Administrators / Teachers can easily try out settings for a group and course in the Manager Courses tab using the Open in Study Area.. button.

Note to existing customers

This is a free upgrade for all existing customers. It is highly recommend that you backup your user data before installing.

If you chose to use the Internal Database (the recommended and default option) then the data is stored in (this has the default installation folders):
Windows: C:\Program Files\tmintra\webapps\tmintra\appdata\
Mac OS X: /Applications/tmintra/webapps/tmintra/appdata/

Backing up the entire appdata folder will ensure all your settings and user data are kept.  If you are using another database please see your database vendor for instructions on how to backup your information.
