Posts 132 		Its possible to make a simple scheduled backup task (.cmd file) that first stops TypingMaster server and then copies database files to a safe location and then restarts TypingMaster server again.

net stop TypingMasterServer3
xcopy "\Program Files\tmintra3\webapps\tmintra\appdata\*" x:\backup /S
net start TypingMasterServer3
