I have installed TMIntra 4 with multiple accounts and LDAP authentication. Both seem to work, however, when I click on "Users & Results" I get a HTTP 404 "page not found" error. When I am in the first account created, I get an "Internal Server Error".

I restarted Apache, but it didn't fix the problem.

Hello,

After this weird error occurs, can you please send us the last few text lines from the latest log file located in the folder /tmintra4/logs

Log file names are:
lws_log.2011-08-03.txt

There is no such directory. I was told in order to get multiple accounts and ldap to work concurrently, I would need to install the Apache/Tomcat method. There is a log directory under c:\program files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0 however I do not see any logs that match your description.

Hi,

If you are using Tomcat instead of our own TypingMaster Intra installer, the log files are named a bit differently. They are usually stored in the logs folder under installation folder (or alternatively under the AppData folder for Tomcat). The log names are usually in the format localhost.[DATE].log.

In order to send your log files to us, you can send us a support ticket at http://www.typingmaster.com/business/contact/support.asp

You will immediately receive an autoreply to your support request. You can then reply to this with the appropriate day's log file attached. We will then investigate what might be causing the issue you describe.

I've opened a case (TYPHD-64581) and have sent the log. An update, this behavior also happens when you click on "Groups" and "Courses". It works fine with "Settings" and "Typing Tests".
